Xzavian Johnson is the Vice President of Property Management for Jamestown. Ms. Johnson is focused on developing and implementing operational policies and strategies for all multifamily assets. She joined Jamestown in 2023 with 17 years of experience in the Property Management industry. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Johnson was an Asset Manager for A&E Real Estate where she oversaw large portfolios of multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets throughout New York City. She began her career in 2006 with positions of increasing responsibility across multiple disciplines including Leasing, Property Management, and Asset Management at companies including Archstone and Greystar. Ms. Johnson has experience in many markets including Atlanta, Denver, New York, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. She holds a CAM certification from the National Apartment Association of which she is an active member. Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and Business Management from Howard University in 2009.
