William Morgan is a Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown. He is primarily focused on large scale mixed-use and creative office projects, including Ponce City Market in Atlanta. Mr. Morgan began his career at SitusAMC where he underwrote commercial loans across a broad spectrum of asset classes. He is a member of the Terry College of Business Young Alumni Board and the NAIOP Future Leaders program. Mr. Morgan received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate with a minor in Agribusiness Management from the University of Georgia.
