Teresa DeLoatch is a Fund Controller at Jamestown. She joined Jamestown in 2008 as a Senior Fund Accountant. Ms. DeLoatch has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate property, development, and construction accounting. Her real estate accounting career began at Hines Interests, L.P., where she served as the Property/Project Accountant. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. DeLoatch was a Controller for the Griffin Company. She earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from Manchester Community Technical College.
