Rachel Royer is a Vice President of Development & Construction at Jamestown. She leads development and construction of adaptive re-use projects in the San Francisco Bay Area for assets outside Jamestown’s portfolio. Ms. Royer’s 20 years of real estate development experience includes ground up construction and adaptive reuse where she has led end-to-end project execution from early due diligence and concept level pre-development, through entitlements, design, permits and construction to the delivery of occupiable space. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Royer was Senior Development Manager for Lendlease, Director of Development for Bauen Capital, and Director of Development for Hunter Properties. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of CREW Silicon Valley. Ms. Royer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania.
