Patrick Mealy is a Director and Head of Business Development and Office Leasing at Jamestown. Mr. Mealy is responsible for the leasing strategy across Jamestown’s U.S. office portfolio. He is also responsible for the development and growth of key business relationships across the office portfolio, services platform, and separate accounts. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2021, Mr. Mealy was a Director of Enterprise Sales at WeWork. During his three years at WeWork, he helped refine its enterprise offering and led a team responsible for the development and growth of multi-market partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Mealy began his real estate career as a Tenant and Landlord Representative at Cushman & Wakefield in its New York office. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina.
