Nataly Arias McAlpin is the Director of Human Resources, North America at Jamestown. She provides strategic and daily oversight of performance management, employee relations, culture initiatives, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and development. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. McAlpin was the Director of Human Resources at Cousins Properties overseeing day-to-day operations for all markets. Ms. McAlpin received the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management nationally and in the Atlanta chapter. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
