Megan Hunt is a Senior Vice President of Premier Property Fund Accounting at Jamestown. Ms. Hunt joined Jamestown in 2012 as an Assistant Fund Controller for Premier Property Fund. Prior to joining Jamestown, she was a Treasury Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Cash Management Group for the closed-end Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. Prior to that, she was an Accounting Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Financial Controller’s Group and worked on the accounting and financial reporting of the Florida State Board of Administration pension fund’s real estate portfolio. Ms. Hunt received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University.
