Matthew McDonnell is a Vice President of Development & Construction at Jamestown. He joined Jamestown in 2023 and focuses on the $500 million redevelopment project of One Times Square in New York City. Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. McDonnell was a Vice President of Development & Construction at Seritage Growth Properties, redeveloping a portfolio of 260 properties throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Prior to Seritage, he was with Related developing multiple large-scale projects in New York City. He brings 20 years of experience and expertise in commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects. Mr. McDonnell is a professionally licensed architect. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
