Matthew Bower is a Senior Vice President of Premier Property Fund at Jamestown. Prior to joining Jamestown, he was Vice President of Asset Management at North American Properties (NAP), where he was responsible for property-level asset management and financial reporting to investors and lenders. Mr. Bower was also involved in the acquisition, capitalization, and disposition of assets across the portfolio, playing a key role in the sale of Atlantic Station and Avalon, along with the acquisition of Colony Square. Prior to NAP, he worked at Morgan Stanley within their real estate fund controller group. Previously, he was an auditor at Deloitte specializing in the real estate industry. Mr. Bower is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from University of Georgia.
