Lori Lathem is a Managing Director and the Chief Accounting Officer of Jamestown. Ms. Lathem began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse). Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Lathem was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Financial Controller’s Group and oversaw the financial reporting of open-end real estate funds and pension funds’ real estate portfolios. Ms. Lathem is licensed in Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of NCREIF’s accounting committee. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University.
