Kendall Cunningham is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Jamestown where she covers Southeast and West Coast markets. Ms. Cunningham joined Jamestown’s Asset Management team in 2019, managing several of Jamestown’s large-scale, mixed-use projects in the Southeast, including Buckhead Village District in Atlanta. Prior to Jamestown, Ms. Cunningham worked in investment banking with Stephens Inc. where she focused on M&A advisory and debt placement. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Ms. Cunningham received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Rhodes College.
