Katy Ranfos is the Managing Director of Human Resources at Jamestown. With over 16 years of Human Resources experience, she provides strategic and daily oversight over culture initiatives, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Ms. Ranfos received the Professional of Human Resources designation and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University and also earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources management from Kennesaw State University.
