John Mennella is the Northeast Regional Vice President of Property Management at Jamestown. Mr. Mennella provides strategic leadership and oversight for several properties, including Chelsea Market, One Times Square, Pier 57, The Innovation and Design Building, Ridge Hill, and 2000 Broadway. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management, including roles in the operations of the Empire State Building and Park Avenue Plaza, and managing commercial portfolios in New York and Philadelphia. Mr. Mennella’s expertise lies in asset optimization, relationship building, construction oversight, and strategic financial management to create operational efficiencies and develop impactful partnerships that enhance asset performance and team effectiveness. Mr. Mennella holds a license as a Real Estate Salesperson. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
