Jay Richard-Yu is a Vice President of Tech & Innovation at Jamestown. Prior to Jamestown, Mr. Richard-Yu was Director of Innovation & Digital Assets at North American Properties (NAP), where he led the adoption of cutting-edge technology, including LED screens, interactive kiosks, and experiential programming across its mixed-use communities. His experience also extends to advanced AV/IT projects, state-of-the-art surveillance systems, and streamlining operations for efficiency. Mr. Richard-Yu earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon and Delta Sigma Pi fraternities.
