Jacob Moer is Director of REIT Tax Oversight & Strategy at Jamestown. Mr. Moer joined Jamestown as a Tax Manager in 2019. Prior to joining Jamestown, he was a Senior Associate in the tax practice of Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors. Prior to his work with Moore Colson, Mr. Moer was a Senior Associate in PwC’s tax real estate group, focusing primarily on REITs and real estate funds. He is licensed in Virginia as a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Mr. Moer earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University and Master of Taxation from Baruch College, City University of New York.
