Heather Cohen is a Senior Manager of Development & Construction at Jamestown. Ms. Cohen leads construction on Buckhead Village District. She oversees capital project planning, design, and implementation of landlord and tenant improvement project work including restaurant conversion from dry retail. Ms. Cohen brings owner representative construction and architectural project management expertise from Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Genesco Inc. d.b.a. Johnston & Murphy, InterContinental Hotels Group PLC, and the Brookfield-acquired mixed-use developer OliverMcMillan. She began her career working for several commercial architecture firms including global interdisciplinary research-based Perkins & Will. Ms. Cohen received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the School of Architecture, Art and Historic Preservation at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.
