Gijs Molenaar is a Managing Director, Co-Head of Jamestown Europe. He brings more than 25 years of experience in Private Equity Real Estate, having held roles at global firms such as Cerberus Capital Management LLP, Henderson Park Capital LLP, and Hammerson PLC. Throughout his career, Mr. Molenaar has amassed expertise in hands-on asset management of complex and sizable properties. His extensive track record also includes spearheading award-winning development projects, notably involving cutting-edge construction methodologies such as Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) and Modular structures. Mr. Molenaar received a Master of Science in Architecture from Delft University of Technology and has Executive Management training from London Business School.
