Divya Sappa is a Vice President of Development & Construction at Jamestown. She focuses on ground-up and large-scale redevelopments within the California portfolio. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Sappa specialized in Development, Capital Improvements, Acquisitions, and Asset management with particular focus on the Hospitality industry, Senior living, CCRC and Multifamily serving as Director of Real Estate Development and Operations for Pacifica Companies. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture and minor in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Finance and Strategy from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Ms. Sappa also received the Chartered Financial Analyst Level 1 designation from the CFA Institute and has Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development certification from University of San Diego.
