David Grey is a Vice President of Development & Construction at Jamestown. Mr. Grey leads development and construction on properties throughout California, with particular focus on Levi’s Plaza in San Francisco. He oversees the planning, design, and implementation of capital improvement projects, landlord work, and tenant improvement projects. Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Grey specialized in retail and restaurant construction, serving as Director of Design & Construction for Local Kitchens and as Senior Project Manager for Philz Coffee. Mr. Grey is an active member of ULI and has been a LEED Accredited Professional. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.
