David Furer is a Senior Vice President of Property Management at Jamestown. He is focused on developing engineering policies, efficient building operations and maintenance, training and development, and implementing energy and environmental sustainability initiatives at over 20 million SF of managed assets nationally. Mr. Furer also provides engineering operational oversight for assets managed by Jamestown Urban Management and third-party managed properties. He has 27 years of experience in managing and operating mixed-use, office, and retail properties. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2010 Mr. Furer was with Cousins Properties for over 17 years. He served in the United States Navy and its submarine force.
