Christina Weatherford is Vice President of Human Resources at Jamestown, where she leads day-to-day operations of the firm’s HR function and oversees enterprise-wide total rewards. Her remit spans compensation and benefits, employee relations, policy development, HR operations, compliance, and initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. A strategic partner to senior leadership and a trusted advisor to managers, she builds scalable, people-centered programs that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience. Since joining Jamestown in 2012, Ms. Weatherford has strengthened HR capabilities through process optimization, practical analytics, and manager enablement. Earlier in her career, she served in Human Resources at Macy’s, supporting a complex, fast-paced retail environment. Ms. Weatherford earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgia State University and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
