Chelsea Holder is a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Jamestown. Ms. Holder joined Jamestown in 2013, working in Acquisitions and Capital Markets for three years before transitioning to Investor Relations and Portfolio Management in 2016. She began her career at Prudential, working in Portfolio Surveillance for the company’s commercial mortgage lending business, followed by a role in Special Servicing where she managed distressed loans and executed workout strategies. Ms. Holder is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), garnering recognition as a NAIOP Future Leader in 2016. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
