Bryan Reynolds is the Director of Development & Construction – One Times Square at Jamestown. He is responsible for the overall construction on the redevelopment of One Times Square. Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Reynolds was a Senior Project Manager for the nation’s largest general contractor. He brings 15 years of experience across multiple areas of expertise including mixed use, commercial, residential, healthcare, retail, and media. Notable past projects include a new commercial high rise adjacent to Hudson Yards, redevelopment of the Citicorp building in midtown Manhattan, repositioning for two Fortune 500 flagship stores along 5th Avenue, and construction of the world’s largest LED screen in Times Square. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Jefferson University.
