Bryan Kim is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown. Mr. Kim is responsible for facilitating the company’s forecasting process and analytics program. Prior to joining Jamestown, he was an Investment Associate at EDENS in Columbia, South Carolina, where he focused primarily on portfolio analytics and investment activities for the Southeast and Florida regions. Mr. Kim began his career in real estate as a Property Accountant at EDENS, where he supported the financial activities for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio before transitioning into an analyst role in capital markets. He received a Bachelor of Accounting from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
