Ansley Nixon is Director of Acquisitions at Jamestown where she covers Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. Ms. Nixon joined Jamestown in 2014 after previously working for nearly three years at CBRE in Institutional Office Investment Sales. Prior to that, Ms. Nixon worked for over four years in capital markets roles at JP Morgan Chase and TriMont Real Estate Advisors. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is a 2017 graduate of ULI’s Center for Leadership program in Atlanta. Ms. Nixon received a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia. She also received a Master of Business Administration from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
