Anne Berben is a Vice President, Asset Management for Jamestown Europe. Ms. Berben is based in Amsterdam. She joined Jamestown in 2020 and is focused on large-scale adaptive reuse assets in the Netherlands, serving as the primary asset manager for Groot Handelsgebouw in Rotterdam. Prior to her time at Jamestown Europe, Ms. Berben was an Asset and Transaction manager at UBS Real Estate & Private Markets for the Benelux region, focusing on core direct real estate investments for a variety of clients, from institutional funds to separate accounts. She received her bachelor degree from the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven with a focus on real estate management.
