Alix Rice is the Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations at Jamestown. She joined the Investor Relations team in 2014, after leading Jamestown’s Creative & Marketing department for two years. Prior to that, Ms. Rice worked for over seven years in development and sustainability roles, focusing on mixed-use projects at Jamestown and Green Street Properties. She is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute, and she is a LEED Accredited Professional. Ms. Rice received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
