Acquired in 2023, the Yarbro property comprises 9,400 acres of timberland in Pickens and Greene counties in west central Alabama, near Tuscaloosa. The property has been professionally managed with a focus on high quality pine plantations.
Yarbro is managed under the 2022 SFI® Forest Management Standard, which provides third-party verification of sustainable forestry management based on criteria including measures to protect water quality, biodiversity, wildlife habitat, and threatened and endangered species.
