Schanzenstrasse

Cologne, Germany

Schanzenstrasse 22, 24, and 28 are three historic buildings that make up a 34,667-square-meter mixed-use complex. Located in Mülheim, an emerging and dynamic submarket known as a hub for media companies in Cologne, these properties offer a special mix of historic features and contemporary industry. Constructed between 1890 and 1914, the buildings served as headquarters of the cable production company Felten & Guilleaume for almost a century, before being converted into TV studios and offices. All three buildings feature typical former industrial characteristics such as monumental-protected brick façades, large windows, natural light, and ceiling heights above 3 meters.
