Oxbow Bend and Talladega are two timberland properties comprising 22,460 acres spread across Eastern Alabama. These properties are primarily managed for loblolly pine plantations and are adjacent or near to the Talladega National Forest.

Oxbow Bend and Talladega are certified under the 2022 SFI® Forest Management Standard, which provides third-party verification of sustainable forestry management based on criteria including measures to protect water quality, biodiversity, wildlife habitat, and threatened and endangered species.
