Granshue, a contiguous 18,950-acre timberland property located in St. Lawrence County, New York, is located entirely within the boundaries of the Adirondack State Park. There is a conservation easement in place that allows for public recreation access and ensures that the property continues to be used as a sustainably managed timberland property.

Granshue is certified under the 2022 SFI® Forest Management Standard, which provides third-party verification of sustainable forestry management based on criteria including measures to protect water quality, biodiversity, wildlife habitat, and threatened and endangered species.
