Three New Brands Set to Open at Buckhead Village

Roche Bobois, ME+EM, and Hill House Home to join retail lineup at dynamic neighborhood hotspot

ATLANTA (September 10, 2025 – Buckhead Village, Jamestown’s fashion, dining, and lifestyle destination in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, will soon be home to three new retailers: high-end French furniture designer Roche Bobois, London-based luxury womenswear brand ME+EM, and New York-based lifestyle brand Hill House Home

“We are thrilled these highly sought-after brands are choosing to plant their flags at Buckhead Village – a destination with an unmatched collection of high-end, contemporary labels tucked within a walkable, open-air street environment,” said Adam Schwegman, Head of Retail Leasing at Jamestown.

Slated to open Fall 2025, Roche Bobois – a world leader in luxury furniture design and distribution – will bring its iconic Parisian heritage to Buckhead Village, moving into a 4,700-square-foot showroom fronting Peachtree Road. Since its founding in 1961, the Paris-born brand has long collaborated with renowned designers, creative artisans, and the leading names in architecture and fashion like Joana Vasconcelos, Missoni, and Kenzo Takada to create exclusive, made-to-order pieces that seamlessly blend design, savoir-faire, and everyday living. Each piece, meticulously crafted in small European workshops, offers a high level of customization to reflect unique visions and individual spaces, desires, and personalities. The Buckhead store will feature a full collection of products ranging from premium-quality furniture to accessories including lighting, cushions, and rugs.

Coming to the property early 2026ME+EM is a British-born luxury womenswear brand offering monthly capsules of ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear. Founded in 2009 on the belief system that women shouldn’t have to compromise between quality, affordable, and on-trend clothes, the brand embraces what it calls “intelligent style” to design pieces that are equally flattering and functional. With notable fans including the British Royal Family, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Bella Hadid, Katie Holmes, Margot Robbie, Lupita Nyong’o, Olivia Colman, and Helen Mirren, ME+EM became the UK’s first luxury brand to rethink the direct-to-consumer model by cutting out all third parties – a market disruption that allowed the brand to manage every stage of their process in-house to ensure uncompromising quality and value. Situated in a 2,200-square-foot space across from The Veranda, Buckhead Village’s central community gathering area, this store marks the retailer’s first Southeast location.

Also set to arrive early 2026, Hill House Home is a New York-based lifestyle brand founded by Nell Diamond and celebrated for its impeccable quality and timeless, delicate styles, designed to enhance everyday life. Hill House is widely known for its comfort-first fashion for women, including its signature garment, The Nap Dress® and now offers a range of women's apparel and accessories, children's items and curated home collections. Evolving from its digital-first roots into a major lifestyle brand, the 2,200-square-foot Buckhead location situated next to Billy Reid will be Hill House Home’s first storefront in Georgia, joining locations in Nantucket, New York City, Charleston and Dallas.

These forthcoming businesses join RailsPatek Phillipe, and Lucchese as the latest offerings in Buckhead Village’s diverse collection of brands. Today, nearly half the retail mix consists of new-to-Atlanta concepts, complementing the destination’s innovative, locally rooted food and beverage scene, including restaurants like Yeppa &  Co., Le ColonialCarmel, and Brush Sushi

In addition to ongoing leasing momentum, Jamestown has transformed the property since its 2019 acquisition through several initiatives, including implementing a comprehensive rebrand strategy, building common areas for public gathering, curating recurring community programming and events, materially improving wayfinding and signage, and creating more pedestrian-friendly, European-inspired streetscapes.
