Northspyre Opens New Office at Jamestown’s Ponce City Market

Tech Company Joins Dynamic Mix of Companies with Offices at the Property

ATLANTA, GA (May 14, 2026) – Jamestown, a design-focused real estate investment and management firm, today announced Northspyre, an end-to-end development management platform that transforms how developers work and make decisions across the project lifecycle, has opened an office at Ponce City Market.

The technology company’s new 6,571-square-foot office houses twenty employees with expectations to expand their Atlanta presence to 50 employees over the next 18 months.

Through data automation, analytics, and integrated technology, Northspyre provides real estate developers with real-time information and operational efficiencies to do their job with unparalleled speed and intelligence. Northspyre unlocks historical data so teams can become more proactive and predictable, leading to better outcomes, higher returns, and lasting relationships with capital partners.

“Atlanta is one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country, and opening an office at Ponce City Market places us at the center of that energy,” said William Sankey, CEO and co-founder of Northspyre. “As development becomes more complex, teams need better data, automation, and visibility to deliver projects successfully—and we’re excited to grow our presence here as we help developers get to easier, more predictable outcomes.”

Ponce City Market first opened its doors in 2014 and has been credited as a catalyst for revitalizing Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. Now home to approximately 100 businesses collectively employing over 9,000 people, Ponce City Market has become a destination to gather, shop, eat, and live.

Northspyre joins Ponce City Market’s dynamic office tenancy including Airbus, FanDuel, Capital One, Sage, and CONA Services. These companies now also have access to Ponce Annex, a new 7,600-square-foot flex space available to all office tenants at Ponce City Market. Powered by Playbook, Ponce Annex features common spaces for informal meetups, lunches or a change of scenery during the workday, as well as six tech-enabled meeting rooms. Each room is fully equipped with best-in-class A/V technology, offering a turnkey experience for meetings and events for groups ranging from six to 150 people. Office tenants can easily reserve meeting rooms using Playbook’s intuitive reservation platform, and Playbook’s onsite support is designed to enhance the Ponce City Market office experience.

“Northspyre joins a diverse roster of companies at Ponce City Market, drawn to its unique blend of history, energy, and dynamic tenant mix,” said Will Morgan, Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown. “With direct access to the Atlanta Beltline, a buzzing food hall, and flexible office amenities like Ponce Annex, the workplace experience at the property is designed to support how modern teams operate.”

Jamestown believes that the combination of tech-enabled common spaces, hospitality-focused amenities, and creative placemaking can be a catalyst for the kind of community and flexibility businesses are seeking, and they are focused on bringing these elements together to create an active and layered ecosystem.

CBRE represented Jamestown in the transaction, while Northspyre was represented by JLL.
