ATLANTA (November 20, 2025) – Inman Quarter today announced Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, a Michelin-recommended Miami-born pizzeria, signed a lease for its third Georgia location at the mixed-use property. The new restaurant, which will be situated next to intimate cocktail bar Little Spirit, will occupy a 1,440-square-foot space complemented by a 1,000-square foot patio, offering guests an inviting indoor-outdoor dining experience.
Founded by Chef Renato Viola in 2014, Mister O1 has gained national acclaim for its creative, artisan-style pizza made with high-quality ingredients and distinctive thin crust. Known for its signature star-shaped pies and commitment to authenticity, Mister O1 brings a fresh and modern take on traditional Italian pizza-making to every location.

Projected to open in spring 2026, Mister O1 at Inman Quarter will offer 8-inch and 13-inch pizzas crafted using its signature Italian ‘00’ flour dough, which is naturally fermented for 72 to 96 hours, resulting in a light and crispy crust. The menu includes classic pies like cheese and pepperoni along with specialty options like the Mimmo featuring Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy salami calabrese, Italian sausage, natural honey, basil, Ranch dressing and spicy black truffle seasoning. In addition to pizza, foodies can choose from calzones, burrata served with rosemary focaccia bread, salads and desserts.
