Gilbane adds to the property’s tenancy which includes Agricultural Retailers Association, a non-profit trade association and Booz Allen Hamilton, the largest provider of AI to the federal government.

Since acquiring the property in 2015, Jamestown has modernized the property via architectural renovations, landscaping, and streetscape improvements.
