ATLANTA – (February 9, 2026) – Jamestown, a global, design-focused real estate investment and management firm, and TriBridge Residential, a multi-family owner/operator with a portfolio of more than 6,000 units across the Southeast U.S., today announced the start of construction on a series of site enhancements at Inman Quarter, the mixed-use residential and retail property located in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood. The project, slated for a spring completion, includes a focused set of updates to the property designed to enhance the public realm, improve wayfinding and connectivity, and elevate the overall experience at the property for residents, tenants, and visitors, while maintaining the character of the surrounding neighborhood.
Public realm upgrades will focus on enhancing outdoor gathering spaces, including significant improvements to the central courtyard. A decommissioned water feature will be replaced with an elevated deck featuring wood cladding, creating a flexible, multi-use space designed to support small-scale programming. More seating will be introduced through sculptural bench installations, and the adjacent wall will be outfitted with power for the flexibility to enable future pop-up activations. Surrounding turf and refreshed landscaping will further enhance the usability and visual appeal of the space.
Additional site upgrades include refreshed property branding, updated signage and wayfinding, the installation of a new, large-scale mural within the courtyard, fresh landscaping throughout the development, new pavers and enhanced tree lighting along Highland Avenue, and improved public seating areas and bicycle amenities. Inman Quarter also recently received an open container designation as part of the project, meaning guests can purchase to-go beverages from participating onsite restaurants to enjoy while exploring the property.
Within the multifamily component of the property, a series of interior enhancements is underway, including new paint, updated wayfinding and unit identification, and improvements to elevator vestibules. A rooftop refresh has already been completed.
“Inman Quarter is an important part of Inman Park, and our approach to this refresh is consistent with our broader investment philosophy – making thoughtful, targeted improvements that enhance how people experience a place while respecting the character of the surrounding community,” said Miller Radford, Senior Vice President of Asset Management, at Jamestown. “The project will elevate how guests experience the property day to day, through better connectivity, more inviting outdoor spaces, and thoughtful design, while remaining true to the neighborhood’s charm.”
Construction will be phased to minimize disruption, and the property will remain open and operational throughout the process so visitors can continue to enjoy the dynamic lineup of offerings including Beetlecat, Little Spirit, MF Sushi, and Vinoteca, among others. Further updates will be shared as improvements are completed.
