Cona Services – IT Organization for Coca-Cola Bottlers – Debuts 49,000-Square-Foot Office at Ponce City Market

New Office Adds to Innovation Cluster at Old Fourth Ward Campus

ATLANTA, GA (March 11, 2026) – Jamestown, a design-focused real estate investment and management firm, today announced the debut of CONA Services LLC’s approximately 49,000-square-foot new office at Ponce City Market in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward. The premier IT provider for the 11 largest Coca-Cola bottlers across North America occupies a portion of the sixth floor in the property’s historic building, joining its dynamic tenancy, which includes Airbus, FanDuel, and Capital One.

The move is a relocation from the company’s Midtown Atlanta office. CONA Services’ new space at Ponce City Market houses approximately 200 employees, with room for additional growth, and is just under two miles from The Coca-Cola Company headquarters. The company’s goal with the new office is to create a dynamic hub where employees, strategic partners, and members of The Coca-Cola System can come together with purpose, driving collaboration, creativity, and progress.

Branding takes center stage in the new office, tying back to CONA playing a key part in Coca-Cola’s overarching system and paying homage to the company’s culture. Designed by architect firm, Gensler, the space features a “Solutions Powering Bottlers” Wall – highlighting CONA’s purpose statement and showcasing what drives the organization for both guests and employees. Logos and branding of various Coca-Cola brands adorn the walls, and a Bottling Partners Wall showcases logos from CONA’s 11 bottlers, which act as the leading force driving the company’s innovation and are at the front of everything CONA does.

“This move marks a significant milestone in our journey—a reflection of our growth, ambition, and commitment to creating an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. Following a thoughtful search, we chose Ponce City Market as our new home, and the reasons were compelling,” said Brett Findley, CEO of CONA Services. “Located in the heart of Atlanta’s thriving tech corridor, Ponce City Market offers unmatched convenience and connectivity. Its vibrant mix of amenities—including dining, a hotel, event venues, and collaborative meeting spaces—makes it the ideal environment for innovation and engagement.”

Ponce City Market first opened its doors in 2014 and has since been credited as a catalyst for revitalizing Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. Now home to approximately 100 businesses collectively employing over 9,000 people, Ponce City Market has become a destination for locals to gather, shop, eat, work, and live. Office workers at Ponce City Market have direct access to the Atlanta Beltline and the surrounding Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, and also can now utilize Ponce Annex, a new 7,600-square-foot flex space available to all office tenants at the property. The new amenity addresses the needs of modern companies by providing tenants with the option to expand out of their leased office space as they grow or manage varied working patterns with flexible in-office schedules.

Powered by Playbook, Ponce Annex features common spaces for informal meetups, lunches or a change of scenery during the workday, as well as six tech-enabled meeting rooms. Each room is fully equipped with best-in-class A/V technology, offering a turnkey experience for meetings and events for groups ranging from six to 150 people. Office tenants can easily reserve meeting rooms using Playbook’s intuitive reservation platform, and Playbook’s onsite support is designed to enhance the Ponce City Market office experience.

Jamestown believes that the combination of tech-enabled common spaces, hospitality-focused amenities, and creative placemaking can be a catalyst for the kind of community and flexibility businesses are seeking, and they are focused on bringing these elements together to create an ecosystem of active, dynamic, and layered environments.

CBRE represented Jamestown in the transaction while CONA Services was represented by Savills.
