Bland and Paraform Lead AI Office Leasing Wave Nearing 70,000 Square Feet at Jamestown’s Northern Waterfront Properties in San Francisco

—— Deals Anchor New Wave of AI & Tech Leasing Activity, Pushing Jamestown’s Northern Waterfront Portfolio Past 134,000 Square Feet of AI Office Deals Over the Past Year ——

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, [April 27, 2026] —— Jamestown, a design-focused real estate investment and management firm, today announced that Bland and Paraform have signed leases at its Northern Waterfront properties, leading a wave of AI and technology leasing collectively totaling 69,000 square feet. The deals push Jamestown’s total AI and technology office leasing at Waterfront Plaza and Levi’s Plaza past 134,000 square feet over the past year, underscoring the Northern Waterfront’s emergence as one of San Francisco’s most concentrated hubs for AI and technology companies.

"What we've built in the Northern Waterfront is a destination that innovative companies recognize as something genuinely different — a campus environment with the green space, the waterfront access, and the kind of amenities that help companies attract talent, keep their teams happy, and do their best work," said Alex Schwiebert, Senior Vice President, West Coast Regional Market Leader at Jamestown. "More than 134,000 square feet of AI and technology leasing in a year tells you that word is getting out. These are companies that share a common sensibility about what a great work environment looks like, and they're choosing to build here."

Bland, an enterprise platform that automates inbound and outbound phone calls using human-sounding AI agents for sales, customer support, and operations, has signed a lease for approximately 21,000 square feet at Waterfront Plaza.

“We are incredibly excited to establish Bland’s new home at Waterfront Plaza. The Northern Waterfront is emerging as a hub for AI companies, and we look forward to growing alongside this innovative community," said Isaiah Granet, Co-Founder and CEO of Bland.

Paraform, an AI-powered recruiting platform that connects companies with specialized recruiters, has signed a lease for approximately 19,500 square feet at Levi’s Plaza. Founded in 2023, Paraform has raised $25 million from investors including Felicis, A*, BOND, DST Global, and the founders of YouTube, Instacart, and Canva.

“We’re excited to be at Levi’s Plaza as we continue to grow our team in San Francisco alongside some of the most innovative companies in AI,” said John Kim, Co-Founder and CEO of Paraform.

Bland and Paraform join a growing cohort of AI and technology tenants that have chosen the Northern Waterfront. Additional recent additions at Waterfront Plaza include Octave Technologies (3,900 square feet), an AI-powered go-to-market platform for B2B revenue teams; Keygraph (800 square feet), an AI-driven application security platform combining automated pentesting and static code analysis; ERGOAI (2,600 square feet), an AI platform that automates CRM updates, sales follow-ups, and customer interactions in real time; Solvea (3,500 square feet), an AI due diligence company that streamlines dealmaking for private equity companies; Jenny AI (4,700 square feet), an AI-powered home assistant helping homeowners manage budgets, timelines, and contractors, and Trial Library (3,000 square feet), an AI-powered recruitment platform for clinical trials.

At neighboring Levi’s Plaza, Goodfire AI — a research lab focused on AI interpretability — has expanded its footprint for the third time, growing by 10,000 square feet to a total of approximately 29,600 square feet. Having first leased space in early 2025, Goodfire’s latest expansion reflects the portfolio’s ability to accommodate its tenants as they grow.

The sustained leasing activity reflects broader momentum across Jamestown’s Northern Waterfront portfolio. In 2025, Jamestown leased over 170,000 square feet across Waterfront Plaza and Levi’s Plaza — more than 70 percent to new tenants — underscoring the area’s appeal as a destination for innovative companies at every stage of growth.

Waterfront Plaza and Levi’s Plaza offer tenants modern, flexible workspaces in a campus environment with access to the Embarcadero and views of the San Francisco Bay. Amenities at Levi’s Plaza include over three acres of parks, a newly refurbished rooftop with panoramic views of the Bay and Downtown San Francisco, and programming such as the free “Plazapalooza” summer concert series. Shared amenities across both campuses include bike storage with private showers and towel service, convenient parking, and nearby dining including Xica, Lulu Fresh, Hillstone, and Off the Grid food trucks. Both properties are well-connected via nearby BART stations and shuttle services.

Jamestown owns approximately 40 percent of the office space in the Northern Waterfront area, creating a cohesive community across Waterfront Plaza and Levi’s Plaza. Tenants benefit from shared events, perks, and the unique combination of natural beauty and urban access that defines the Northern Waterfront.
