Camp North End Welcomes Spring with Tenant Activations, New Openings, and Seasonal Programming

April lineup features markets, festivals, and weekly events across the 76-acre mixed-use destination

CHARLOTTE, NC (April 2, 2026) – Camp North End’s momentum is being shaped not only by its growing calendar of events, but by the businesses that call the 76-acre mixed-use destination home. As new concepts launch and current tenants broaden their programming, April signifies an exciting season at Camp North End in multiple ways.

“Spring is when you really start to see how much our tenants drive the experience at Camp North End,” said Varian Shrum, Camp North End Chief of Staff. “It’s not just about the big events; it’s the consistency of what’s happening day to day that makes the property feel active and community centered.”

Among the season's highlights are two new additions to Camp North End’s growing mix of food and retail offerings. Sage & Citrus, a wellness-forward, fast-casual restaurant located in the Keswick Food Stalls, will officially open on April 4, bringing a menu focused on fresh, nutrient-dense meals and intentional eating. Nearby, Glitch Tattoo recently launched a design-forward studio specializing in blackwork and pop culture-inspired art, adding to the site’s expansive creative community. These businesses plan to build on an already active tenant base that continues to introduce new ways for visitors to engage with Camp North End throughout the week.

In addition to these openings, several property-wide, tenant-led, and third-party activations are planned for April, including:

  • Spring Hunt, April 4 at 11:00 a.m. – Interactive, family-friendly experience encouraging guests to explore Camp North End through a self-guided egg hunt.
