Robin Leiman is a Development Director at Jamestown. She is responsible for overseeing the creative vision of the team with a goal to produce successful outcomes for assets outside its own portfolio. Ms. Leiman’s 30 years of experience with corporate, institutional, and private investors in portfolio strategy, development, asset management, JV structuring, and sale and lease transactions provides a foundation for understanding the goals and constraints of our advisory clients while delivering on their vision to bring dynamic place-making strategies to life. Prior to Jamestown, Ms. Leiman was a VP, Development Manager for the Sares Regis Group of Northern California, Executive Vice President for Tarlton Properties in Menlo Park, CA, and a VP at CBRE. She established her career in New York, London, and Washington, DC prior to moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2010. She is a Design-Build Institute Associate, a member of ULI, and a licensed CA Real Estate Broker. Ms. Leiman earned a Bachelor of Communications and Fine Arts minor from Boston College, and Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
