Jessica Scaperotti is the Vice President of Communications at Jamestown. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2020, Ms. Scaperotti served as the Senior Vice President of Communications at residential real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens, as well as Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs at Related Cos., where she oversaw marketing and public relations efforts for Hudson Yards, the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States, and Hunter’s Point South Living, the first workforce housing to be built in New York City in more than three decades. Before working in real estate development, Ms. Scaperotti spent more than a decade in public service, where she was a communications leader spearheading communications and marketing campaigns for New York State Governors Andrew Cuomo and George Pataki, and New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. While working for the state and city she led the communications efforts to expand New York’s DNA Databank, the nation's first trans-fat ban and calorie posting initiatives, the rebuilding of the World Trade Center Site, and the development of the 9/11 Memorial. Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northeastern University in Boston.
