David Himmel is a Managing Director and the Head of Jamestown Services, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In this role Mr. Himmel leads the execution of Jamestown Services globally, including the Jamestown for Google real estate partnership. In addition to this role, he leads Jamestown’s Innovation, Sustainability, and Communications departments. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2014, Mr. Himmel worked at Forest City Ratner. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 with distinction and from Harvard Business School in 2014. As a student at Harvard Business School, Mr. Himmel co-founded the Brattle Park Group, a real estate investment company focused on mobile home parks. He was a member of the Partnership for New York City’s 2022 class of David Rockefeller Fellows, serves on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and the Covenant House Real Estate Executive Committee.
