Pennellificio is a 20th century former paint brush factory located in the Certosa District, an up and coming formerly industrial area northwest of the city of Milan. The building is owned in partnership with RealStep, a local Milanese developer. The 2,064-square-meter building features a large internal courtyard, a basement, three above-ground floors, and an attic. RealStep and Jamestown will redevelop the property into a mixed-use building with offices on the upper floors and retail on the ground floor.
