The Georgetown and Kingstree properties, in Williamsburg and Georgetown counties, are located north of Charleston in the South Carolina Lowcountry region. These properties total more than 13,400 acres.

Georgetown and Kingstree are managed under the American Tree Farm System, which provides third-party verification of sustainable forestry management based on criteria that includes measures to protect water quality, biodiversity, wildlife habitat, and threatened and endangered species.
