Broadway Trade Center
Broadway Trade Center is a 1.1 million square foot, 9-floor mixed use development in the heart of downtown Los Angeles’s Theater District. Built in 1912 as the headquarters of the Hamburger/May Company Department stores (and featuring L.A.’s first escalator), it was a flagship location until being shuttered in the mid-1980s. Currently undergoing extensive renovations by Broadbridge LA, LLC, the project will include a mix of uses including office, retail, restaurants, a hotel, and a rooftop deck. Jamestown provided Broadbridge with redevelopment financing in spring 2016.
