Jürgen GerberManaging Director, JAMESTOWN US-Immobilien GmbH
Jürgen Gerber is a Managing Director at JAMESTOWN US-Immobilien GmbH. He joined Jamestown in 2005, and is responsible for portfolio management and investor relations for German private individual investors. Dr. Gerber is also responsible for debt financing with German banks. Prior to joining Jamestown he was a Director with Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank, where he was responsible for structuring, closing and managing the bank’s real estate loan portfolio in the US and CEE totaling more than $2 billion. Dr. Gerber began his career in 1996 as a consultant working with major Russian banks on behalf of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In 1995 he graduated summa cum laude with a Doctorate of Philosophy in History and Russian Language from the University of Freiburg in Breisgau.
Lori LathemChief Accounting Officer
Lori Lathem is the Chief Accounting Officer of Jamestown. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Lathem was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Financial Controller’s Group and oversaw the financial reporting of the open-end real estate fund, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Special Situations Fund III L.P. Prior to her work with Morgan Stanley, she managed the portfolio accounting, analysis and financial reporting for the Florida State Board of Administration pension fund’s real estate portfolios. Ms. Lathem is licensed in Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University.
Troy HarrisDirector, Timber
Troy Harris is the Director of Timber at Jamestown. Mr. Harris has over twenty years of experience in public and institutional timberland portfolio management. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2015, he held senior positions with firms including Wells Timberland REIT (CatchMark), Danzer Forestland and International Paper. Mr. Harris is a Certified Forester. He serves on the boards of the Forest Landowners Association (FLA) and the Georgia Forestry Association (GFA). Mr. Harris is the Membership Chair of the National Alliance of Forest Owners (NAFO), where he also serves on the Operations committee. He received a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Auburn University, and earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Investing from the University of Georgia.
Fabian SpindlerDirector, Head of Portfolio Management and Fund Manager – German Retail Funds, JAMESTOWN US-Immobilien GmbH
Fabian Spindler is a Director, Head of Portfolio Management and Fund Manager of German Retail Funds at Jamestown US-Immobilien GmbH. Mr. Spindler joined Jamestown in 2010, and moved from the Jamestown Cologne office to the Atlanta office in 2016. Before he began his career with Jamestown, Mr. Spindler played professional basketball for six years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from Nuertingen-Geislingen University and an Executive Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from International Real Estate Business School in Regensburg, Germany.
Jessica ChamleeSenior Vice President, German Retail Fund Accounting
Jessica Chamlee is a Senior Vice President of German Retail Fund Accounting at Jamestown. Ms. Chamlee joined Jamestown in 2011 as a Fund Controller. Prior to joining the company, she was in the accounting department at Wood Partners. Ms. Chamlee began her career as an Auditor at Reznick Group, primarily focused on real estate clients and later was in the development accounting department at Novare Group. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting.
Derek StanfieldVice President, Timber
Derek Stanfield is a Vice President of Timber at Jamestown. Mr. Stanfield joined Jamestown in 2011 as an Analyst, focusing on both asset management and acquisitions analysis of Jamestown’s timber funds. He is a member of the Society of American Foresters, the Georgia Forestry Association’s Emerging Leaders, the Forest Landowners Association, and the Rotary Club of Dunwoody. Mr. Stanfield graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Southern University, receiving both his Bachelor and Master of Business Administration. He also completed his Master of Forest Resources with a concentration in Forest Business at the University of Georgia.
