  • Shak Presswala

    Managing Director, Co-Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets

    Shak Presswala is a Managing Director and the Co-Chief Investment Officer & Head of Capital Markets for Jamestown.  He jointly oversees acquisitions and leads all financing and dispositions activity.  Mr. Presswala joined Jamestown in 2006 as a Senior Associate in Acquisitions and has served in a number of capacities with the company, including roles in Asset Management, Acquisitions and Capital Markets.  He began his career as a corporate investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, later moving into real estate with Wells Real Estate Funds where he worked in Acquisitions covering the Midwest and Pacific Northwest.  After Wells Real Estate Funds, Mr. Presswala joined WestWind Capital Partners, then-advisor to the Kan-Am Funds, as an Acquisitions Associate prior to joining Jamestown.  He is affiliated with the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Association of Office & Industrial Properties.  Mr. Presswala earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Finance from Vanderbilt University.

  • Joshua Wechter

    Managing Director, Co-Chief Investment Officer

    Joshua Wechter is a Managing Director and the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Jamestown.  He joined Jamestown in 2011 as Vice President of Acquisitions.  He started his career at DivcoWest Properties in San Francisco as an Investment Analyst, and then moved to Starwood Capital's acquisitions group on the East Coast, where he executed over $400 million in acquisitions.  Mr. Wechter was responsible for sourcing and executing single-asset, corporate and development opportunities across all asset classes and geographies.  He then moved to New York, joining Rubenstein Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing office opportunities in the Northeast.  Mr. Wechter is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.  He graduated with a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in history.

     

  • Noah Peeters

    Managing Director, General Counsel

    Noah Peeters is a Managing Director and General Counsel at Jamestown.  Prior to joining Jamestown in 2012, Mr. Peeters practiced in the real estate and capital markets group at King & Spalding LLP.  He graduated with honors from Williams College with a degree in Art, and attended law school at the University of Georgia.

  • Andrew Shaw

    Director

    Andrew Shaw is a Director of Acquisitions at Jamestown.  He joined Jamestown in 2009 as an Analyst in the Acquisitions Department, was promoted to Associate in 2013, to Vice President in 2015, and to Senior Vice President in 2017.  Mr. Shaw began his career as an Associate in the Equity Research Department at Raymond James & Associates in 2008.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis.

  • Andrew Berger

    Vice President

    Andrew Berger is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Jamestown, primarily focusing on West Coast markets.  He joined the Acquisitions department in 2014 after beginning his career with roles in both the Asset Management and Premier Property Fund departments at Jamestown in 2012.  Mr. Berger is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.  He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Real Estate and Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

  • Ansley Nixon

    Vice President

    Ansley Nixon is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Jamestown where she covers Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.  Ms. Nixon joined Jamestown in 2014 after previously working for nearly three years at CBRE in Institutional Office Investment Sales.  Prior to that, Ms. Nixon worked for over four years in capital markets roles at JP Morgan Chase and TriMont Real Estate Advisors.  She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).  She is a 2017 graduate of ULI’s Center for Leadership program in Atlanta. Ms. Nixon received a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia.  She also received a Master of Business Administration from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
