Katharine Kelley
Managing Director, Jamestown / President and CEO, Green Street Properties
Ms. Kelley leads Jamestown’s Real Estate Services Division, overseeing Jamestown’s Development, Construction, Creative and Sustainability services. With over two decades of experience in urban infill, mixed-use and residential development, Ms. Kelley has supervised the development of more than $700 million of properties while serving in senior positions at The Landmarks Group, Post Properties, Green Street Properties, and Jamestown. In her role as President and CEO of Green Street, a subsidiary of Jamestown, she also oversees the company’s green consulting practice. Ms. Kelley serves on the advisory board of Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and The University of Miami Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism advisory board. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina, where she was a Morehead Scholar. Ms. Kelley received a Master of Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Bettie Gebara
Director
Senior Vice President of Construction Bettie Gebara is responsible for construction planning, oversight, project implementation and project management for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, and for implementing quality construction practices utilizing effective cost control methodologies. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2006, Ms. Gebara held senior positions at US Cost, Rosser International and Gleeds USA, excelling in roles that encompassed estimation, project controls, and new business development, and was heavily involved in governmental and municipal initiatives. A native Atlantan, Ms. Gebara graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. She earned her Certified Cost Consultant accreditation in 2006. Ms. Gebara joined Jamestown in 2006 as Vice President of Construction, and worked integrally with the Acquisitions and Asset Management Departments. In 2011, Ms. Gebara joined the Green Street team to lead both companies’ construction activities.

Walter Brown
Senior Vice President
Walter Brown supervises development and environmental affairs as Senior Vice President and co-founder of Green Street, executing a comprehensive approach to environmental sustainability. A LEED AP, Brown is a former Senior Program Manager at Southface Energy Institute, where he led progressive initiatives including the Sustainable Atlanta Roundtable and Greenprints Sustainable Development Conference. He also directed the rehabilitation of more than 5,000 homes for low- to moderate-income residents with the State of Georgia. Brown chairs the Georgia Solar Energy Association and has held leadership roles with the U.S. Green Building Council and the Community Housing Resource Center. He earned a Bachelor of Community Development from Georgia State University with additional studies at Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia.

Alex Chambers
Senior Vice President
Alex Chambers leads development efforts for existing projects and supports the Jamestown acquisitions and asset management teams on new projects with embedded development opportunities. Alex has over 20 years of experience in the real estate investment and development industry as a banker, attorney and developer. Most recently, he was president of Blackhawk Development Company in Austin, Tex., and spent nine years with Cousins Properties (NYSE:CUZ) in Atlanta, Ga., and Austin, Tex., developing over $800 million in office, retail and mixed-use projects in California, Texas and the Southeast. Prior to joining Cousins, Alex was a real estate lawyer in Atlanta with the firms of King & Spalding and Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs, and a commercial banker with Wachovia Bank. He attended both Washington and Lee University and the University of Georgia, where he completed his undergraduate degree in finance. He earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was president of his class and a member of the Order of the Coif and the Georgia Law Review.

Jim Irwin
Senior Vice President
Jim Irwin is Vice President of Development and directs strategic market analysis, planning, financing and project development for sustainable and urban properties in the firm’s national portfolio. Prior to joining Green Street in 2010, Jim led market analysis, financial evaluation and operational execution of the development pipeline at The University Financing Foundation, a nonprofit organization that assists educational and research institutions in expanding and building facilities and equipment. During his tenure as Manager of Development, he completed a $31 million bond financing to renovate the Georgia Tech Research Institute in Cobb County, Ga., working with preferred partners to select, contract and oversee design, construction and engineering components. Jim also managed project development and asset management for Atlanta-based Barry Real Estate Companies, with a primary focus on the FBI Regional Headquarters, a $55 million custom project in Minneapolis, Minn., and Harrison Square, a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana, anchored by an 8,000 seat minor league baseball stadium.
Extending his professional background to serve the Atlanta community, Jim is involved with the Center for Regional Leadership Development at the Urban Land Institute, the Young Alumni Real Estate Advisory Board at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and the Board of Directors for Road Safe America.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dartmouth College, where he played football for four years. After serving on the staff of several U.S. senators and congressmen, he received a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from Emory University.

Annie Evans
Vice President
Vice President of Development Annie Evans joined Green Street Properties in 2011 to lead its multi-family development projects located in Atlanta and other East Coast cities. Evans also provides development consulting for additional projects in Atlanta and other cities within the Green Street portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, Evans developed a strong multi-family background as a development associate for Atlanta-based Gables Residential. At Gables, she performed an integral role in all stages of development and construction of multi-family units, including four EarthCraft and Energy Star certified communities. Evans is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the U.S. Green Building Council - Emerging Green Builders. Evans received a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Patty Farr
Vice President
As Vice President of Development & Construction, Patty Farr guides the retail design development and tenant coordination process for urban commercial and mixed-use developments. Farr’s experience encompasses all facets of development, including feasibility studies, entitlements, design and construction management. Prior to joining Jamestown, Farr led the strategic planning for design and construction of mixed-use and retail developments at Morris & Fellows. In earlier career development at Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart Architects and the Lea Richmond Company, she specialized in complex healthcare facilities and technical corporate office projects. Farr received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in design from the University of Georgia and is a graduate of Georgia Real Estate School. She is a Habitat for Humanity volunteer and a regular participant as a speaker in ULI roundtable discussions.

Jodi Mansbach
Vice President
Vice President of Development and Marketing Jodi Mansbach focuses on expanding Green Street’s nationwide portfolio of urban commercial and residential developments. Her passion for sustainable development includes studies on sustainable waterfront properties and experience in the private and public sectors. Mansbach previously held senior positions at Acoustiguide Corporation, WordOne and Jones Lang LaSalle, encompassing strategic branding, marketing and corporate responsibility initiatives. A community leader, she has been recognized by Outstanding Atlanta and currently serves on the board of Repair the World. Mansbach received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Yale University, Master of Arts in Art History from Northwestern University and Master in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ryan Tunstall
Vice President
Ryan Tunstall joined Jamestown in 2012 and serves as vice president of development and construction. Focused on Jamestown’s Northeast portfolio, including properties in New York and Boston, Tunstall oversees the planning and implementation of capital improvement projects, landlord work and tenant improvement projects. Prior to joining Jamestown he was a development and construction manager for Procida Realty and Construction, a New York-based developer and contractor, where he oversaw the completion of over 700 ground-up residential units in New York City. He received a Bachelor of Arts in architectural studies from Brown University in 2001 and a Master of Science in real estate development from Columbia University in 2005.

Harvey Wadsworth
Vice President
Harvey Wadsworth joined Jamestown in 2012 as vice president of development, with a focus on market analysis, entitlements, financing, design and construction throughout Jamestown’s national portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, Wadsworth served as senior director of construction and engineering for Redstone Investments in Tampa, Fla. At Redstone, he was responsible for the complete management of that firm’s ground-up development projects, including portfolio redevelopment, tenant improvements, construction and design management. Wadsworth also served as a project manager for R.J. Griffin & Co. in Atlanta where he focused on mixed-use high-rise construction. He has successfully completed over $450 million in residential, hotel, retail and office developments - totaling over 3.8 million square feet. Wadsworth received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and Bachelor of Science in construction management from Georgia Southern University. He also completed a Master of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Wadsworth is an active member of ULI and NAIOP.
